For Waiheke scouts youth (aged 11 – 15) – it’s time to stretch your brain and become “go cart” engineers!
We will be meeting Wednesdays from 6-8pm (starting term 3 2023).
For term 3, we will be building go carts to take part in the famous, local Gulf News ‘Trolley Derby’
WANTED: Scout engineers for the Gulf News Trolley Derby!!
Scouts is now meeting at the new time of Wednesday evenings 6-8.
- For term 3 we are building go carts to take part in the Great Gulf News Trolley Derby.
- If your youth (age 11+) are keen to come and try, we’ll be there at The Ship from this Wednesday (July 19th).

Hi team scouts
Reminder of our 1st meeting of the term, tomorrow 6-8pm (Wed 18th) at The Ship.
We’ll be planning our go cart building, so bring your ideas and a snack to share. We’ll figure out what we’re going to need and then make a plan. We will also have a demonstration cart to look at.
